    Hi Mark,

Looks good. But I think I make a mistake. Now I want to migrate data from DB2 to Oracle. So means move data from AIX to Solaris OS.

If look back the command that I post, I am using codepage=1252, seems like not correct. Do you know what is the proper codepage and coldel to use?

This depends on which codepage and delimiters for your text files Oracle SQL*Loader can process correctly for loading to your database tables.

If SQL*Loader can do the codepage conversion 1252->"your_oracle_db_codepage" - great.
If not - choose another codepage for 'modified by codepage' clause.
