Unanswered: Use a different format for Wizard to create a Form

I do not know who made the decision to create forms from the wizard in such a horrenous format - but is there a way to have the wizard create forms and reports in the older styles (2003) I like to use the wizard to get controls on a form - but I find my self just creating blankforms with a recordsource and addingg fields as needed - the default format for forms and reports is so unattractive - any solutions?

Sorry -I should have been more specific - I do not want the form wizard to use the defaults for 2010. The form design for 2010 is horrendous - I believe there used to be an option in 07 to use the 03 templates or theme - I do not want to use the 2010 themes (large field boxes and very little foot print for other controls).
