    Unanswered: db2 memory issue

    C:\Documents and Settings\icmadmin>db2level
    DB21085I Instance "DB2" uses "32" bits and DB2 code release "SQL08026" with
    level identifier "03070106".
    Informational tokens are "DB2 v8.1.13.193", "s060801", "WR21371", and FixPak
    "13".
    Product is installed at "D:\IBM\SQLLIB".


    its a windows machine


    i am getting following error in diag log.
