Hello guys, in ms access 2007 that if we convert table into excel sheet we have to format converted excel sheet manually is there a way that excel sheet should have specific format automatically I mean we have not to format the Excel sheet manually. e.g. its column width, text wrap, page setup etc

yes but you have to set these properties through code as part of your export interfacing with an Excel object using automation.
or you could pull the data into an excel spreadsheet template and save to somthing else

im guessing at the level you are at importing data into an Excel template will make more sense

so define your query in access
plan for any paramters you may need

create your template in Excel and save it (this will include all the formatting, column widths and so on)
    save the template

import the data fromt he query into the template and save to standard spreadhseet

See an example of the "Export to Excel from Access and Format Excel.zip" on the following website Zoran Eremija CV
    You can customize for you.
