    Unanswered: Schema Privileges

I have (2) accounts in my database root and dba.
    I created the dba account.

I run the following against each user.
    select * from information_schema.processlist

Root shows all processes. dba only shows User dba processes.
I tried assigning all privileges to dba. then restarting the server. However this had no effect.

How do I get a full process list using the dba account?

I am new to this forum and this is my first post.

    Yes,
By default, I think root has everything.
dba is a user that I created and for testing, I granted all permissions.

This command should be easy to test on any system.

    select * from information_schema.processlist

That is what I have been checking out. I use (3) different programs.
    The Old MySQL Administrator.
    The New MySQL Workbench
    Navicat for MySQL.

Administrator was giving me the problem (probably me).
When I went into Workbench and set some Administrative role, it started working as expected.
I don't do a lot in this area, so I will have to do more reading and testing.

For now, the problem is solved.
    Thanks,
