    Unanswered: Reports will not open

    Hi please can anyone help?

We have a database on our company network. The database is split into front and back.

All of us can open reports, except one person. The only way they can open the report is from Design View.

I have read that it could be the printer, I have tried re installing our network printer, put the Sent to OneNote 2010 and even the Generic Text Only set to default. Nothing has worked!

Please please please can anyone help me? Its driving me crazy now!

    Do test pages print

If not could be the print services

Has the user login on to a difference computer and tryed to print said report.

    Then

Have u login into the computer where it does not work and tryed to print

This should point u down to been user profile or computer hard ware
    hope this help

    See clear as mud

It works on the other database which has been created, the user can open the reports and even print them, it is just in this database.

The user doesn't need to login to the database, as its password protected generically.

Sorry this may of not answered your question, I think it must be a setting in that particular database, is this possible?
