Unanswered: CDC 10.2 is failing, not sure why. 1713 error
I'm testing CDC between SQL 2005 SP1 and SQL 2012, and installation went well. I installed CDC for SQL on both servers, configured the instances, installed the Access Server, then tied everything together using Management Console. I then created the subscription and started mirroring, which initially worked because the tables were created and populated on the Target server. Problem though is the subscriptions starts then fails though the logs aren't being very helpful.
Below are the logs as I try to replicate data from AdventureWorks for testing, but the Information message before the error is from the Journal Scrape. Any suggestions on what could be causing this?

EventID 1520: Communication to ADVENTUR on target host Jupiter is starting on the Control channel.

.... I added about a dozen tables, won't list them all here
