Personnel Qualifications: Experience in troubleshooting (i.e. resolving problems with software, hardware, configurations, etc.). Experience with one or more technologies listed in Section C.2.3.

At least one (1) year of experience in at least one of the following areas:

Providing end-user support (including help desk, if required for assigned task) for various software as listed in Section C.2.3 of this SOA, Applications Development for Client Server and Web-based Systems

Providing user and desktop support for email system

Providing mobile device support (client-side)

Providing support for workstations and peripherals
