Question Unanswered: db2_v105fp - how do we ensure reorg has been done on a particular table?

    Hello,

I'm on db2_v105fp and I've just run the REORG TABLE command and now I need to verify that reorg has been done on that table. Could you pls help on how I can check that reorg has been done? Is there a db2pd, get snapshot command that can help? I've already tried this: select * from sysibmadm.snaptab_reorg
    and
    db2 "LIST HISTORY REORG ALL"

But the above commands are not giving me all the tables that had reorg performed on them.

    Thanks alot

Classic or inplace reorg? Try db2pd -reorg or list history with reorg option. Inplace reorg will not be done if the table < 3 pages. See: IBM Inplace or Online reorg limitation: Table must have three pages or more - United States

You also lose reorg information if DB is deactivated. So any reorgs that occurred before a database was deactivated you will not see anymore through any method.
