    Exclamation Unanswered: How can i get oracle document ids 1376916.1 & 16342845.8

    I need a copy of this documents:

    1. Oracle MetaLink document ID: 1376916.1 view details in resolving the “log file sync” waits.
    2. Document ID: 16342845.8 to resolve the “enq: KO – fast object checkpoint”.


    Please let me know how i can get a copy of if i can review these 2 documents?

    to obtain these documents you need to pay Oracle for a support license.

    No, because that would be a violation of the support contract and whoever sends it to you could be sued by Oracle

    Great percentage of “log file sync” issues can be resolved by increasing the size or/and number of redo logs.
