Unanswered: Please help in this example

    Dear all
In this example has two tables table personnel and projects, and you link between the two tables in a way ( ONE TO MANY )
Can sometimes for more than an employee has to be the same project, for example,
( USER1 ) Has a project and can be (USER2)AND (USER4) they have the same project
Is there a way to do I add the project to a number of staff together

to model a many to many relationship (ie one employee can work on many projects AND one project can have many employees assigned) the the classical way of handling this is to use an intersection or junction table.
    you have a table for:-
    employees
    projects
AND a table that references both employees and projects
