This individual will join a small application team that supports the Client’s Corporate Trust Specialized Asset Services group. Responsibilities will include: Application support/maintenance, small enhancements, representation and support for infrastructure upgrades, coordination of support and enhancement activities and troubleshooting, and establishment of team best practices.
The Client utilizes a custom application from Deloitte & Touche with added extensions to handle the client’s specific functionality. With recent business growth, they have a need to augment the team responsible for enhancements and support with a hands-on individual contributor who can take responsibility for owning and leading specific efforts. Strong communication skills are essential as is business acumen.
Required technical skills include: SQL Server, Classic ASP (preferred), Crystal Reports, design experience, full life cycle background, ability to translate business requirements into tech solutions. Recent hands-on SQL Server is a must. Someone with only Oracle will not be considered for this one.
"Nice to have" skills include some familiarity with java technology, SSRS/SSIS, agile methodology.
Absolute minimum of 8 years of experience in information technology. Anybody with less than 8 years of experience will be automatically rejected.
