    Although I think you've made a reasonable start, I don't think you have fully got to grips with normalisation. Assumign you have sme supplied references re read those. Id aslo suggest you read

    by reckoning you have got a couple of attributes in the wrong entity, and you are missing at least one entity

    if it helps think of repeatign data and how / why it should be avoided. on a piece of paper sling some data at tyour current model and see if you have repeating data. if you have stuffed an attribute into a table because its the only table that looks like it could hold that attribute, then rethink the problem and make certain its the right container

    ferisntance is line manger an attribute of the drivers details or the driver?
