    Unanswered: SQL1652N File I/O error occurred.

    hi all,
    my db2level info is

    DB21085I Instance "DB2" uses "32" bits and DB2 code release "SQL08026" with
    level identifier "03070106".
    Informational tokens are "DB2 v8.1.13.193", "s060801", "WR21371", and FixPak
    "13".
    Product is installed at "D:\IBM\SQLLIB"

    it is on window machine

    i am getting error "SQL1652N File I/O error occurred." during db2stop

    db2cmd, db2cc also not working, unable to do anything with db server

    i have given admin permission on all drives to my db user, then also problem not solved

    i am getting following errors in diag.log

    try to find what triggered the problem and do not try just to change all settings without knowing what is going on or why this problem occurred (pd/psi..)
    maybe diaglevel 4 could give info.. what happened before on server ?

    i am unable to open db2 , so it is not possible to change diag level....
