    Unanswered: How do i call the query result in recordset

    Hai ,
    Am really new to this access database,so please forgive my mistakes

    I have a table named "Attendance" and the fields are....

    I need to set a condition where combo box in a form should get only those empNo's whose timein is not null from the table.

    pls assist me in this

    Try something like:
    Private Sub Form_Open(Cancel As Integer)
        Me.ComboName.RowSource = "SELECT Attendance.empNo FROM Attendance WHERE Attendance.Timein IS NOT NULL;"
    End Sub
    Or paste the string expression in the RowSource property of the combo (property windows when the form is in design view).
