Unanswered: How to load data in order

    Hi,

I have to load ascii datafiles in order. Banks deliver data in a flat ascii file and I have to import these files to process. Somehow the order gets scrambles and I don't see how. What am I doing wrong here?

The ascii file has the following structure so you can see the order is important:

What is the order? In other words, what determines which row comes before/after another row?

In theory, theory and practice are identical. In practice, theory and practice are unrelated.
