New to all of this, well I know tiny bit of Access.

However, we need to setup a new document based db and I need some guidance on the best software.

We have 500 academic papers which we need to make available to under 10 people. So we need to be able to upload these into the cloud and for people to access them without actually having any software on their computers. So really just a cloud based solution.

Also, they need to be filed and search under specific topics.

What might be the best solution for us?
