Unanswered: Access 2010 could not find installble ISAM

Prior version of Access is 2003
All VBA as written in 2003

This code fails on the the following portion of the below VBA.

    "DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet acExport, acSpreadsheetTypeExcel2003, "qrySTARFVProg", "C:\flw\Access", True
    MsgBox "Exported STAR FV Program"

    Private Sub Command28_Click()
    DoCmd.OpenReport "rptStarRealEstate", acViewPreview, ""
    DoCmd.OpenReport "rptOneMilPlusSTARFV", acViewPreview, ""
    DoCmd.OpenReport "rptTOPOfficesStarOC", acViewPreview, ""
    On Error Resume Next
    Kill "C:\flw\Access\qrySTARFVProg.xls"
    On Error GoTo 0
    DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet acExport, acSpreadsheetTypeExcel2003, "qrySTARFVProg", "C:\flw\Access", True
    MsgBox "Exported STAR FV Program"
    End Sub
I was originally under the impression that objects creted in access 2003 were not compatible in 2010!

The rest of the code works well if I comment out the exportSpreadsheet portion of the code.

I would love to start using the 2010 version if all of my previous vba will run on it and if I can fix this one problem.

    Any insights?

    Thanks much.

According to MS Access help file, the following constants and values can be used to specify the type of spreadsheet:
    Constant Value Type
    acSpreadsheetTypeExcel3 0 Format Microsoft Excel 3.0
    acSpreadsheetTypeExcel4 6 Format Microsoft Excel 4.0
    acSpreadsheetTypeExcel5 5 Format Microsoft Excel 5.0
    acSpreadsheetTypeExcel7 5 Format Microsoft Excel 95
    acSpreadsheetTypeExcel8 8 Format Microsoft Excel 97
    acSpreadsheetTypeExcel9 8 Format Microsoft Excel 2000
    acSpreadsheetTypeLotusWJ2 4 Version japonaise uniquement
    acSpreadsheetTypeLotusWK1 2 Format Lotus 1-2-3 WK1
    acSpreadsheetTypeLotusWK3 3 Format Lotus 1-2-3 WK3
    acSpreadsheetTypeLotusWK4 7 Format Lotus 1-2-3 WK4
    acSpreadsheetTypeExcel2003 is not among them.
    Have a nice day!

office 2010 is Office version 14
why you want to change form 2003 to 2010 mystifies me, there is no pressing reason to do so

Id try and see if it works with 2000 format ( I don't think there was a lot of difference between Office 200 & 2003
    DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet version 2010
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton
