    Unanswered: How import whole database from informix in db2

    Hi , please talk me how can import informix backup in db2 database.

    You won't be able to restore an Informix backup into DB2, You will have to go the long route and create the DB2 Version DDL's and load the data.

    There are also some migration toolkit's to help you with this

    Since Informix is owned by IBM, I suspect they have a free toolkit for the migration.

    As far as I know, there isn't any free software.
