Hello everyone. Brand new to the forum. Great group. I've tried to upgrade from 9.4 to the new 10.54 at least 10 times on the site with no response. Has anyone received any type of contact within the past few months?
I've tried using "Purchase" from the main site, then "Upgrade Form" which brought me to Database Software Design and Management - Brilliant Database - Upgrade Form where I entered my name and e-mail. The resulting message acknowledged my e-mail and said it was sending a link to the form for upgrading. Unfortunately, no mail was ever received. I just tried the Binary Brilliant site, contacts form where I entered the same info with a message documenting my desires. We'll see. Thanks for helping to all!
