    Unanswered: Microsoft OLEDB for DB2

    Hi,

I am trying to establish a connection to DB2 database on my HP-UX machine using microsoft oledb driver for db2 with the help of data link properties.

I know that I can use IBM Oledb driver but i need to use microsoft one for my application purposes.

I want to know what do I specify for package collection and DBMS platform in the data link properties.

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards.

Good DBAs are not formed in a week or a month. They are created little by little, day by day. Protracted and patient effort is needed to develop good DBAs.
