Unanswered: Deleting Huge Amount of Data Based on Amount Column

We have a table with over 300 million records. The table is partitioned on MRKT_CD and sub-partitioned on AGGREGATE_TYPE_CD. There is a column called SLS_AMT in this table.

We need to delete all the records where SLS_AMT is null. What would be the fastest way to achieve this? There are more than 9 indexes on this table and if I use the CTAS approach, the index creation and gather stats alone run for a very long time.

    Kindly advise.

what percentage of the rows will be deleted?
You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
The average person thinks he's above average!
For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.
