    Hi Varaprasad,

the analytics functions have been included in Informix 12.10 xC1. You will have to migrate to this version to use them.

12.10 is now at xC2 which has also extremely interesting features as full integration of NoSQL including the MongoDB driver.

Pay a visit in the Informix 12.10 new features pages:

While you are dealing with Analytics Queries, have you heard about the Informix Warehouse Accelerator. This is an extremely competitive solution for OLAP / Decision Support process, bringing lightspeed response times for huge queries, and about 10 times or more cheaper than the solutions provided by the competition. Really worth a look at.

Unless you are below IDS 7.30, migration path to 12.10 inplace is a direct path:
    1) install 12.10
    2) Switch off current version
    3) move environment to 12.10
    4) start 12.10
    5) use 12.10

Migration time will take about 1 to 5 minutes, according to the number of databases you have. Enterprise Replication may add more time requirement.

Test this environment accurately before going to production :-)
