    Unanswered: Access 2013 Forms

    To All--

I just had the joy of upgrading to Access 2013 (take that as being forced). I'm coming from previously using Access 2003 - so needless to say it is a large shock to me.

My question is how do you create a Form that is not one of those tabbed forms that takes up the whole window? I just want a good old fashioned square form that I can move around the screen as I want. I don't want a modal popup form. Any ideas? What am I missing...I'm about to stab my eyeball with a pen.

Why is it that as soon as you post a question you find the answer yourself?

Anyways, to anyone that might want to know...go to options --> Current Database and then check Overlapping windows.

As Frank Sinatra used to sing, "That's Life!"

It's always good to figure it out yourself...makes it more likely that you'll remember, next time!

    Hope this helps!

The problem with making anything foolproof...is that fools are so darn ingenious!
