On Solaris SPARC 11 - Restore was failing with the following issue :

Solution:


root@ldom6sol11:/opt/IBM/db2/V9.7/bin# ./db2osconf
/etc/system setting:

set msgsys:msginfo_msgmni = 3584
set semsys:seminfo_semmni = 4096
set shmsys:shminfo_shmmax = 16848093184
set shmsys:shminfo_shmmni = 4096

Put this values in /etc/system and reboot the system .
Problem solved .
