Informatica, ETL Developer responsibilities to: • Assist in the process of maintaining all the relevant sources of data and ensuring that it is being stored properly. • Involved in developing the ETL processes and in designing and preparing the codes that meet the program specifications as well as the client requirements. Involved in the effective implementation of these Informatica programs, tests them, evaluates the requirements, addresses and resolves the issues associated with it • Use of visual Data Modelling tools, e.g. Urwin The successful candidates will help develop effective strategies that manage and expand the use of Management Information and Business Intelligence techniques and work collaboratively within the team to gather requirements and deliver the best solutions. They will use your development background to promote cutting edge design principles and oversee MI/BI design, development and testing throughout the full BI lifecycle. This is a sophisticated IT environment and they will be working alongside highly-skilled colleagues. However, they will also need good communication skills and the ability to communicate with a non-technical audience. For this role we're looking for people with technical competencies that include data modelling (Urwin preferred), Informatica, database and MI/BI design, dimensional modelling, Oracle 11g, and Oracle PL/SQL.
