Experience with identifying and defining system requirements and fixes based on customer needs.
Experience with change management tracking software.
In-depth experience (e.g., super user) with incident tracking or ticketing system software (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow).

Highly preferred -- Able to write SQL queries and working with relational databases and should be able to provide website support ? Java/.net
