    Unanswered: Datasheet Totals

    I have a subform that accepts data input directly into a table. I added the totals line to keep running totals. It was working perfectly and then I added an additional field and now the totals don't display. Any ideas as to what I can do to fix this? I am using Access 2013.

    Not without more details. Did you also add the field to the total. Is the field data type compatible? Did you use the Nz function to allow for 0's and Nulls?

    Good morning. Yes I did add the field to the total. I checked the format of the fields to ensure that they were correct. One is a number, 2 are currency. There are two date fields but I identified "None" for the total. I did not use the Nz function, but in the database I have default values of zero for the number and currency fields and I checked all of the data.
