I’m fairly new user of MS Access.
I have a question regarding “collect data by email” option in the MS Access database. When I use collect data by email option I create an email based on the table which has a lot of fields with the drop down lists. Each of the drop down list has around 500 items to choose from. When the email is generated I end up with a table in the email message with lots of numbers underneath for the user to choose from. If each field has 500 items then I have numbers from 1 to 500. I’m just afraid that when the user chooses the number he will make a mistake in typing it and the data will be inaccurate.
My question is: is it possible to have drop down lists in the table in the email so the user doesn’t have to look underneath the table for the number and can use the drop down instead to choose the item from (like you would do on the form)?
