    Unanswered: How to filter a field with formula on the report?

    Hi,

    I need help regarding the formula that I've created which I named @Duplicate. I got a chance to show data if it's duplicate (showing Yes) and not (showing No) but I'm having a hard time to filter/supress the data with "No" on the report. This is my formula:

    if ({PR.id} = next({PR.id})
    or
    {PR.id} = previous({PR.id}))
    then
    "YES"
    else
    "NO"

    Can you please help me and let me know how to show data that has "Yes" only on the report?

    Your help is highly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Netchie

    Open up the section expert.
    Next to the "Suppress" tick box click on the Formula button.

    Create a formula here with something like:
    Code:
    {@Duplicate} = "NO"
