Unanswered: Unable to start Q capture program

While setting up the Q replication (Unidirectional), I'm stuck at the last step to start Q capture program.
    I'm getting following error:

something with the environment.. is capture started from instance owner
    have you specified capture_path

Good DBAs are not formed in a week or a month. They are created little by little, day by day. Protracted and patient effort is needed to develop good DBAs.

I've set environment variable and this issue is resolved, but I'm getting another error:
The program encountered an SQL error. The server name is "". The SQL request is "SELECT/VALUES". The table name is "asnsqlcd.SQC". The SQLCODE is "-551". The SQLSTATE is "42501". The SQLERRMC is "ROOT˙EXECUTE˙NULLID.ASNDDA20". The SQLERRP is "SQLRA13B".

I'm using root login, b'coz if I try with Instance login it throws me an error regarding licence not found.
ASN0614E "Q Capture" : "Initial" : A license for InfoSphere Data Replication was not found.

Yes I'm starting capture with the instance login and yes I've specified capture_path.
It's throwing me an error regarding licence.
