    Unanswered: backup auto deletion.

    Hello all.
    I have a db2 v 9.7 database with following backup retention parameters:
    (REC_HIS_RETENTN) = 30
    (AUTO_DEL_REC_OBJ) = ON
    (NUM_DB_BACKUPS) = 15

So, as far as i know, backup image will be deleted when it is older than 30 days AND there are more then 15 backup images.

However, every day i see that health monitor has deleted 2 days old backup image. Log mesage listed below:

    2014-06-03-00.12.00.230405+480 I5043543A430 LEVEL: Event
    PID : 23593110 TID : 1111 PROC : db2acd 0
    INSTANCE: db2inst1 NODE : 000
    EDUID : 1111 EDUNAME: db2acd 0
FUNCTION: DB2 UDB, Health Monitor, hmonBkpDeleteBackupImage, probe:30
CHANGE : Automatic Backup: DB2 backup image file "/dbbackup/db/XEDB.0.db2inst1.NODE0000.CATN0000.20140601001203.0 01" has been auto deleted.

    Why is this happening?
    Thanks in advance.
