without knowing db2/Z, there is probably no space enough available to allocate new pages

Good DBAs are not formed in a week or a month. They are created little by little, day by day. Protracted and patient effort is needed to develop good DBAs.

    Explanation
DB2 cannot find space for creating a temporary file or for inserting data
into a temporary file because the workfile database is full. DB2 cannot
perform the requested actions because of one of the following reasons:

You are running a large number of concurrent transactions requiring th
    use of temporary files.

There is no space available in any of the tablespaces in the workfile
    database.

and your message states that the temp files that are defined are only defined with a PRIQTY and no SECQTY. That was done to ensure you do not go crazy with how much data you attempt to put into a temp table. Either refine your search results for the query to limit your results or spaek with your DB team about the possibility of allowing for more space.
