Unanswered: Less cost and more time

    Hi guys,

I have a problem here that I can't deal with.

I have a complex query that take too long to execute. I've tried to optimize it writing a new one, then, I've ran explain.
The new query cost less than the first, but the new one take more time than the other to complete running.
Someone can help me? Which one should I use? How can I know which one is better?
