Unanswered: Indirect communicate to DB2 server

    Hello all,

I have a practical scenario but i don't know which feature or tool of db2 can be used in this case.

    Server -S
    My PC - M
    Intermediate PC- I

"I" and "S" have full communications with each other.
"M" and "I" has full communications with each other.

But "M" and "S" don't has communication. (ports blocked)

All passwords and rights of "S", "M" and "I" are known.

    Can "M" access "S" through "I" ?

    Please suggest.

    M and I - Win XP
    S - AIX 7.2
    DB2 10.5 LUW

    regards

One solution is possible if the SSH port (default port: 22) is opened all the way from M to S, and that solution is ssh-tunnelling. RTFM - google has plenty of hits , for example how to do this with putty or cygwin etc.
