Question Unanswered: How do I get a create timestamp for a usage list?

I'm on v105, and I have a few usage lists, how do I get the create timestamp for them? Could someone pls provide a select statement, routine, or table function that can provide this info?

    Thank you

A usage list is simply created by command "CREATE USAGE LIST ...."

    IBM Knowledge Center

It is a "database object for monitoring all unique sections (DML statements) that have referenced a particular table or index during their execution."

As IBM chose not to expose a create_timestamp in the syscat view /sysibm table for usagelist , they must have had some reason for this other than forgetting.
A more interesting question is to explain the perceived need for a create timestamp for the usagelist, given the nature of the data in it.
A determined effort could expose the create_timestamp, at least for usagelists created after checking began, but why bother?
