Unanswered: Relating a memo field to other tables.

I have a memo field that is often over 255 characters in description of a workaround. This workaround memo field needs to be associated with several tables. I can get around that by associating it to one main table and then associating child tables to the main table. However, sometimes several forms in one table need to be related to that workaround. I don't want to re-input the workaround for each form, but since I can't relate the form directly to the memo field as a lookup to that workarounds table, how else could I associate a memo field to a form?

If there is a primary key on the table where the memo column is stored (there should be one), you can always store the PK value and use it to retrieve what's in the memo field using a recordset or a DLookUp() function.

Thank you! Still figuring out how to use queries better, since I do have a primary key for the workaround.
