Dint get you what you want to know.
But if you want to know about HADR stop command then it is :
db2 stop hadr on database <database>

The Quorum is needed for an HADR configuration. Check the log files to see why the Quorum does not exist or is not active. Once the quorum is active, that should fix this problem.

we have 2 servers running a HADR configuration

our primary server went unresponsive and we eventually got the server turned off. the situation now is this:

on the remaining server, when I run this command:
    [username@server username]$ db2pd -hadr -alldbs | grep -e "Database" -e "Nearsync"

all of my databases are in this state in HADR:

    Database Partition 0 -- Database mydatabase -- Active -- Up 85 days 06:33:51
    Primary Disconnected Nearsync 0 0

Also, in the db2diag.log - I am seeing this:

Create group failed DATA #1 : String, 35 bytes
    Error during vendor call invocation
    DATA #2 : unsigned integer, 4 bytes 1
    DATA #3 : String, 0 bytes
Object not dumped: Address: 0x0000000000659810 Size: 0 Reason: Zero-length data DATA #4 : unsigned integer, 8 bytes 1
    DATA #5 : signed integer, 4 bytes 16777223
DATA #6 : String, 115 bytes Line # : 3602---2645-068 The updates cannot be applied because the active domain does not have operational quorum

My question is, since we are leaving the 'sick' server down until it can be replaced, what commands do I need to issue on the remaining server to safely pause or stop hadr so we can run in this single server configuration? This is Production.

Note that fixing the quorum implies that you get the primary server fixed and back online.
