    But what is property TOP VALUES = 1.??
    where i can change it?
    Property sheet for my report?

    I do not use any query for this report.
    I direct create the query in record source.
    So, where i can find the property TOP VALUES = 1??

    I want to create a report that produces one customer invoice per page.
    That why need a single record insteal display all record

    when you open the report set the filter to return only the specified invoice number
    ..how are you opening the report?

    ..almost certainly you will be using the openreport macro

    if so set the where condition to be:-
    assuming the invoice number is numeric
    Code:
    "InvoiceNo = " & tbInvNo
    assuming the invoice number is text/string
    Code:
    "InvoiceNo = '" & tbInvNo & "'"
    replace InvoiceNo with the name of the invoice number column in your table
    replace tbInvNo with the name of the control that holds the invoice number you want to print
    I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton
