I am new to database and I am working on an access database that contains lesson learned points from different projects. I came up with four different tables, but not sure if it's necessary
1. Project information
2. lesson learned points
3. What kind of sector the lesson learned points touch
4. What topics the lesson learned points focus.
5. type of lesson (whether it's challenge or recommendation)

Therefore, #2 can have more than one #3s and #4s
#2 can only have one #5
#1 is related to more than one #2s,

Any suggestion will help to move forward.... also when joining table it suggested that I do query separately, if it the route you suggest, please explain.

Thank you so much for all
