    Unanswered: cant add new record

we have a club membership system which is based upon an access database. It won't let me add any further records? there are 3961 rows. Could someone advise if this is full or if there is something limiting new additions?

Thanks any advance for any assistance (beginner in access)

The table could be keyed on a field other than ID so you cant add more.
    The form could prevent additions.
The query behind the form could be read-only.

Access can handle multi thousands of rows, there is an effective size limit of 2Gb or more if you use a 64Bit OS

see if you can add rows directly into the table(s)
if that works then its a problem with your forms or queries
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton
