RevQ, a Columbia Ultimate company providing software and consulting for government collections, is seeking an experienced Software Engineer. The Software Engineer is required to design, code, and test features and modules in RevQ's newest product offering to the government collections market.

Essential Functions/ Major Responsibilities:
• Analyze programming projects as assigned and prepare the project’s specifications.
• Provide estimates of time required to complete projects which have been analyzed.
• Develop code for projects as assigned.
• Develop and perform Quality Assurance tests for projects.
• Accurately record programming activities in the programming tracking system.
• Be able and willing to adapt to a rapidly changing and dynamic set of requirements. Flexibility is a must.
• Monitor defect tracking system, analyze assigned defects and provide fully tested defect corrections in a timely manner.

Required Skills/Experience:
• A Bachelor degree or equivalent, specializing in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Object Oriented Design/Object Oriented Programming
• Minimum 2-3 years C# Experience
• SQL Server 2012
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal, listening, phone and interpersonal skills
• Team Leadership
• WCF
• Entity Framework
