    Post Unanswered: How to generate ddl using query?

    Dear all,

    I am using db2 database V9.5. For unable to create new database and Generate DDL in old table.

    how I can get a complete ddl and create the new database?

    Error: SQL 4414N The DB2 Administration Server is not active.

    If you don't want to (or cannot) use the Control Center, look at the db2look command to get the DDL. It does not require the DB2 Administration Server.
