Db2 thinks that the port 50000 is already in use.
Verify with netstat -na | grep 50000

ADM7007E The SVCENAME DBM configuration parameter, "50000", is
configured with a port or a service name. When it is configured with
a service name, the TCP/IP services files is used to map the service
name to a port number. The port specified in this field is being
used by another process. Resolve this problem by either deleting the
process using the port or use another port.

publishing the diaglog is very easy - understanding requires that you understand english :
I hope you can read this message and understand what this is telling you:

in this forum you should : (because we can not see your console)
    indicate the db2level and platform
    publish the complete executed command
    publish the complete error message
collect the errors from diaglog and try to understand what is going on
hire a db2 expert to resolve the problem..

as a starter you should first try to understand what you are doing and not just jumping into .... the best is to have a look at infocenter - best practices - intro course..
try to analyze what the diaglog tells you.. the text is very clear (or not ?)
