    staging database and consistency

I have a scenario for my application. The source for my application is in several external DBs. What I have in mind is to use staging database and perform the sync at the end of each day. But the problem is that both sides are in change during the day and they might be in different states from the their initial state. how can I solve my problem without major loss in applications' functionality ?
I have attached the scenario picture here.

    Thanks in advance

There are a number of solutions for inconsistently connected replication.
    1. One database can be designated "authoritative" and it always wins
    2. Changes can be time stamped, and most recent change wins
    3. Application specific rules can resolve conflicts
    4. Both values can be kept separately, let the user decide
    5. Other.
I think that this is a decision that needs to be made by policy, not by technology.

In theory, theory and practice are identical. In practice, theory and practice are unrelated.
