    Unanswered: Configuration advisor

    Hi,

How can I find best values for DB2 10.5 configuration parameteres?
Any command line for memory parameters like CATALOGCACHE_SZ parameters?
Control center did not connect to DB2 10.5 on linux, so I could not run configuration advisor.

Really depends on your environment. For example, SAP systems require a fairly large catalog cache size of 8,000 x 4k pages due to the number of objects. On smaller systems I have used half of that without issues.

    Check out the AUTOCONFIGURE command.
