Have you tried pinging your dataserver using the DSEdit tool? If it responds to that at least you know your dataserver is running correctly and is reachable. If it fails there might be something deeper that prevents the connection.

While i try to open dsedit util: dsedit

Unable to open X display. Check the value of your $DISPLAY variable. If it is
set correctly, use the 'xhost +' command on the display machine to authorize
    use of the X display.
If no X display is available, run dscp instead of dsedit.

    I tried dscp util :
    dscp

    >> open InterfacesDriver
    ok
    Session 1 InterfacesDriver>> read REDHATSERVER

    DIT base for object: interfaces
    Distinguish name: REDHATSERVER
    Server Entry Version: 1
    Server Name: REDHATSERVER
    Server Service: SQL Server
    Server Status: 4 (Unknown)
    Server Address:
    Transport Type: tcp
    Transport Address: REDHATSERVER 5000
    Transport Type: tcp
    Transport Address: REDHATSERVER 6006 ssl
