    Unanswered: Multiple Query Criteria Calculation

    Hello all!

    I am working on a database with MS Access 2013, the fields that I have are:

    Site
    Frame
    BU
    Hosts
    level
    Complete
    Schedule

    My query does this:

    Site = *
    Frame =*
    BU =*
    Hosts = count([Hosts])
    level = 3
    Complete = Incomplete
    Schedule = like "W1-*"

    my problem is, I have 1 Frame that have 2 Hosts , and each hosts is assigned to 2 different Schedule ( like W1-*), so when I run my query I see 2 Sites, 2 Frames, 2 BU for the one that it has different Schedule, my question is, how can I get the grand total of hosts based on my search criteria without showing the sites, frame , bu twice?

    Thank you!

    Multiple Query Criteria Calculation

    Hello All,

    I have a report base on a query that I cannot get it the group by to work.

    My query have these:

    Site,
    BU,
    Host,
    Frame,
    Scheduler

    I am using multiple criterias to get the information that I want:

    Site = *
    BU = *
    Host = count([Host])
    Frame = *
    Scheduler = like W1

    when I run the query, I got the Site, BU, Frame twice becuase the Scheduler are different, how can I group everything so that I can get the grand total but still filtering by the Scheduler?

    Thanks!
