Unanswered: Return Name instead in query

I have have a that shows hierarchic data.

    stepID
    parentID
    stepName

The Parent ID is the step that comes before it in the list, it however is stored as a number. I need to export this data to excel, how would I create a query that will export it with the name and not the ID.

Writing a query that has just the columns you need is the proper SQL way. You may be able to do this in directly from the table when exporting in Access, but if not import the data in Excel using the query
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton
