Unanswered: Validation Text based on another text box entry

This is quite simple I am just drawing a blank. I have one text box that the user types in the employer name. The other text box they type in the division. I want to limit the division entries based on which employer is typed in. For instance:

Employer = "ABC" then the Division text box would have to be the following only : "WEST" or "SOUTH" or "East" and so forth.

Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

    Thanks!

Consider using a pair of linked (or cascading) combo boxes,
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton

As the Jaded One has said the concept is called "cascading comboboxes" although the exact same thing applies to Listboxes with the MultiSelect Property set to None, and the code is interchangeable. Here are a couple of links with examples:

If you Google the term "Cascading Comboboxes" along with "MS Access" you'll probably get a gazillion hits!

    Hope this helps!
